The new remote GDR-27 MLT serves as a replacement for the now-discontinued 895MAX remote. This three-button visor remote control is capable of operating up to three garage doors or gate operators. It is compatible with units that utilize a square green, red, orange or purple learn button. It is also compatible with round yellow learn buttons for programming. The programming process is straightforward, with detailed instructions provided with your purchase.
This remote is compatible with all LiftMaster garage door openers manufactured from January 1993 to present.
Each order includes a visor, battery, and programming instructions.

1. Use the visor clip to press the program button on the back of the remote until the LED light on the front of the remote turns on.
2. Press and release the learn button on the motor unit hanging in the garage.
3. Press and release the handheld remote button to program it by pressing it the number of times as indicated below for your learn button color.
4. To exit the programming use the visor clip to press the program button on the back of the remote again. The LED will go off.
5. To test, press the remote button on the face of the remote control.
* Repeat the above steps for each of the two additional remote buttons as needed.
A. Press and release the remote button to program 1 time for Yellow learn buttons. B. Press and release the remote button to program 2 times for Purple learn buttons. C. Press and release the remote button to program 3 times for Red or Orange learn buttons. D. Press and release the remote button to program 4 times for Green learn buttons. |
