41A5034 Safety Reversing Sensors are replaced by 041-0136.

These Safety Sensors Should Be Ordered By The Part Number From Your Owners Manual. You Cannot Use These Safety Sensors If Your Garage Door Opener Never Had Safety Eyes. This is a required safety device that MUST be connected and aligned correctly before the garage door opener will move in the down direction.

The 41A5034 safety eyes are discontinued, you will receive 041-0136. They will also work with the existing safety eye brackets.  

Complete kit includes: Sending sensor (with an amber LED), receiving sensor (with a green LED), 2-conductor wire, (5) wire connectors, (2) wingnuts, and (2) 1/4-20" round head bolts.
